Ninamedia Kliping Ltd ("Ninamedia", "our", "us" or "we") is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the Personal Data we hold about you. We undertake to respect applicable data protection legislation, specifically Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection. This statement applies when Ninamedia acts as a data controller, determining the purposes and means of processing personal data collected via our website, applications, and services.
2. Which Personal Data do we collect?
We collect and process various categories of information depending on your relationship with us. We collect your name, email address, and other contact details provided when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or request a download. We also process identification details such as age, date of birth, and identification documents when required for contractual or recruitment purposes. Electronic identification data including browser type, IP address, user ID, geographic location, and actions performed on our webpage are collected automatically via cookies and web beacons. When you login with your Facebook account, we collect your name, profile picture, and email address as permitted by the permissions you grant through the Meta platform. Additionally, we process work-related details such as CVs, education, professional skills, and social media profiles provided during job applications.
3. Why and how do we use your Personal Data?
We use your data only for specified and legitimate purposes. This includes operational purposes such as administering our website, managing job applications, and maintaining security and risk management. We also use data for business purposes like providing products and services, managing contracts, and conducting research or statistical analysis. Commercial purposes include direct marketing, such as sending newsletters or company updates, provided you have given explicit consent.

Ninamedia processes your Personal Data based on several legal grounds. Some processing is based upon your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Facebook and Instagram
Our Service allows you to connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to analyze data. We use the Meta Platform APIs to collect this data.

The information stored by Ninamedia will not be shared with third parties.
To revoke permissions, users can disconnect the network via Settings > Integration Settings within our platform, or remove access from the Facebook Settings Panel (Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations).
X (formerly Twitter)
Our Service allows you to analyze publicly available data from X. We use the X API to collect this data. No account connection is required to access public data.

7. Data Security and Retention
Ninamedia takes the security of the Personal Data we process seriously and has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access. These safeguards include SSL encryption, firewalls, and strict access controls to prevent unauthorized use.
We retain Personal Data for the following periods:
Account data: For the duration of your account plus 2 years after closure
Job application data: 1 year after the recruitment process ends
Marketing data: Until you withdraw consent
Legal/compliance records: As required by applicable law

8. Your Rights
The GDPR and Serbian law provide you with certain rights in relation to your Personal Data. You have the right of subject access to have access to your Personal Data held by Ninamedia. You can ask us to have inaccurate Personal Data corrected through your right to rectification. You have the right to erasure, also known as the right to be forgotten, to ask us to erase Personal Data in certain circumstances. The right to portability allows you to ask us to transmit your Personal Data to a third party electronically. Finally, you have the right to object to any processing justified on "legitimate interests" or to object to direct marketing at any time.
9. Third-Party Data Deletion
If you have connected your account using a third-party service (such as Facebook), you may request the deletion of data obtained through that connection.
To remove the connection from within our platform:
Navigate to Settings > Integration Settings and disconnect the relevant third-party service.
To remove our application's access via Facebook:
1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy
2. Select Settings, then Apps and Websites
3. Find the Ninamedia application in the list and click Remove
To request permanent deletion of any associated data from our servers, please email office@ninamedia.rs with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and delete the stored data within 30 days.
